>I have the right to refuse service for any particular reason
>The client must provide reference especially in certain types of artwork they want (e.g. Original character, fanart,...)
> I will communicate and update every significant progress of the artwork
> You may not resell my art but you can post with credit
> I will retain all rights to my art
>Payment must be done in a 50/50 manner (50% deposit then the rest when the artwork is finished)
> Client must contact the artist for availabilty of slots and time.
> Clients must pick up the artwork within 2 weeks after the artwork is finished and packed
